Bonnie was raised in small town Fort Langley B.C. and grew up on a 50 acre farm close to all her adoptive family and bio mom. Bonnie spent most of her life thinking she was unworthy and struggled with body image and addictions. She bounced from dysfunctional relationship to the next until she woke up one day and said no more. Bonnie now puts her effort in ending the cycles of abuse and trauma in her family and extends the help to the public. She runs Facebook challenges to get women supporting one another daily. Bonnie lives in Abbotsford B.C. with her children and pets. She has proven too many that no matter your story it is worth sharing, and if willing to share it just know it will help someone who needed to hear it.
