Bonnie was raised in the small town of Fort Langley, British Columbia on an acreage with her mother and adopted family. She had big dreams of becoming a singer, dancer, or actress, anything that could make her famous and allow her to run away from home. The sexual abuse she endured at the hands of her step-father filled her with so much shame, she continually made choices to numb her pain and coast through life until her time was up. When she realized death wasn’t an option, she started to really live. Today, she does confidence boosting challenges on Facebook and continuously supports everyone to live their best, most vulnerable, and most authentic life. When not boosting others, you can find Bonnie hanging out with her kids and being “the social butterfly” she’s always been.
